We offer a range of psychological assessments for children and teens (ages 6 to 16 years and 11 months) to explore learning, attention, cognitive ability and more. Each assessment includes an initial interview, relevant testing, a comprehensive report, and a feedback session to talk through results and recommendations.s…

  • This assessment looks at thinking skills and how these impact daily functioning, such as communication, decision-making, learning and self-care. It helps determine whether a diagnosis of Intellectual Disability is appropriate.

    Cost: $1575

    Includes:

    • Initial interview

    • Cognitive assessment

    • Adaptive behaviour questionnaire

    • Detailed psychological report

    • Feedback session

    Duration: Approx. 5 hours (excluding report writing)

  • This assessment explores attention, concentration, impulsivity and hyperactivity to determine if ADHD traits are present.

    Note: Psychologists can diagnose ADHD but cannot prescribe medication. A report may be used to support school accommodations or to bring to a paediatrician or psychiatrist.
